For the LDSP WebConsole, Sharing whole report folder to other Users

Currently LDSP WebConsole has the option to only share individual report with other Users/Groups. However, it is hard when there are multiple reports or whole component reports needs to be shared with other users.

It would be good to have two more options:

1. Sharing the whole report folder like Sharing All Report belongs to AD module or FS module etc.

2. Allowing to select multiple reports to share in one go.
